The Y is much more than a 'swim and gym'. We're also the world's most recognized charitable organization. The Y is a great place to workout, learn new life skills, and spend quality time with friends and family.
Our 5,000-square-foot fitness center offers a wide array of workout options. The facility is equipped with Cybex weight resistance machines, multiple treadmills, recumbent and stationary bikes, cross-trainers, a step mill, rower, free weight area and much more!
The Y offers over 35+ group and water exercise classes a week to choose from. These are included with your membership.
The Y provides an environment for swimming, fitness and fun for all ages and abilities in our indoor heated 25 yard, 6 lane swimming pool.
We provide play, arts and crafts, story times and more.
Membership gives you FREE access to all participating YMCA locations across the United States.
The Y is all about helping you and your family learn new skills, discover unknown talents and make friends.
All new members receive a complimentary Fitness Center Orientation. This is a great way to get familiar with the equipment while getting to know the Y staff even better.
Each gym is 70’ x 105’ and have two cross courts for basketball, volleyball or jogging.
A space solely dedicated to the ladies! It is complete with Cybex weight machines, an elliptical machine, treadmills and recumbent bikes.
